Growing commercial general contractor headquartered in Houston, with work in Dallas, Austin and San Antonio, is building out its sales team and needs a Business Development Director to lead it. They build ground-up restaurants, retail and some tilt-wall.
Ideal candidate:
- Has personally brought in ground-up commercial construction projects in the $2M to $5M+ range. This is the must-have.
- Has relationships with national restaurant and retail chains.
- A hunter who builds their own pipeline and can grow the brand.
- Has built or managed a sales team, ideally at a GC.
Very strong commissions on top of base.
