Well-established commercial roofing contractor in the greater Washington, DC area is adding a Project Manager. They do high-quality commercial roofing and waterproofing on museums, commercial buildings and schools. Very good people to work for.
Ideal candidate:
- Has managed commercial roofing projects on new construction. This is the must-have.
- Handles submittals, change orders, schedules and closeout.
- Lives in the DC / Maryland area and can get to job sites.
Pay: $90K to $120K base depending on experience.
Benefits: Full benefits package including health, 401(k), PTO and bonus.
