Established commercial construction company in the Cleveland area, around for decades, is adding a Project Manager. They build ground-up commercial work: retail, schools, multifamily, car dealerships and general commercial buildings, plus some industrial like warehouses.
Ideal candidate:
- Has managed ground-up commercial construction projects. This is the must-have.
- Comes from the GC side.
- Lives in the Cleveland / Painesville area. Local work, no travel.
- Owns the job start to finish: schedule, budget, subs and the owner relationship.
