Protection & Control (P&C) Field Engineer - Substations

Established electrical contractor based in Florida is hiring several P&C Field Engineers. They test and commission substations, power plants and data centers for major utilities.
Ideal candidate:
- Has done substation protection and control testing and commissioning in the field. This is the must-have.
- Strong on relays and protection schemes, and reads one-lines and control drawings.
- Based in Florida or North Carolina preferred. Texas and Georgia also work.
- Willing to travel to project sites. Hourly with overtime, per diem, and truck, laptop and phone depending on role.
- Has, or can get, utility operators site clearance.
Junior and experienced engineers both considered. Full benefits and 401(k) match.
