Well-established commercial roofing contractor in the greater Washington, DC area is adding a Sheet Metal Fabricator in their shop. You'd fabricate roofing components like copings, panels, scuppers, gutters, downspouts and flashings.
Ideal candidate:
- Has fabricated sheet metal, ideally roofing components. This is the must-have.
- Runs shears, Cidan folders and Iron Worker equipment.
- Reads fabrication drawings. Soldering stainless and copper is a plus, welding too.
- Forklift experience.
Pay: $26 to $32 per hour depending on experience.
