Well-established commercial roofing contractor in the greater Washington, DC area is adding a Superintendent. They do high-quality commercial roofing and waterproofing on museums, commercial buildings and schools. Very good people to work for.
Ideal candidate:
- Has run commercial roofing crews on new construction. This is the must-have.
- Manages crews, quality and safety on multiple sites.
- Lives in the DC / Maryland area.
Pay: $80K to $110K base depending on experience.
Benefits: Full benefits package including health, 401(k), PTO and bonus.
