Senior Project Manager - Architecture, Casino & Hospitality (Lacey, WA)

The opportunity

Established design-build firm right outside Tacoma, WA is adding a Senior Project Manager on the architecture side. They design and build casinos, luxury hospitality and entertainment projects, mostly renovations. We've worked with them for about 6 years and placed and relocated many people there. Very good company, very high-quality people.

Ideal candidate:

  • Has led high-end hospitality, gaming, resort or entertainment architecture projects from design development through construction administration. This is the must-have.
  • 10+ years managing complex commercial architectural projects.
  • Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. Architectural license preferred, not required.
  • Willing to relocate to the Lacey / Tacoma area. Relocation package available.

Pay: $150K to $180K base depending on experience.

Benefits: Full benefits package including health, 401(k), PTO and bonus.
