Our approach

Elevator work and building interfaces

Elevator installation and modernization depend on the building's openings, access, power, surrounding construction, and project schedule. We learn how the role coordinates contractor crews, general contractors, property representatives, and other trades.

Our approach

Roles from planning to field supervision

We recruit elevator Project Managers, estimators, Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and foremen. The search distinguishes work on new installation from modernization or occupied-building projects when those backgrounds differ for the opening.

Our approach

Evaluate sequencing and turnover responsibility

We ask candidates how they plan access, coordinate deliveries, manage installation sequence, respond to changing site conditions, and prepare for handover. We focus on the responsibilities the candidate personally held instead of assuming title alone shows fit.

Our approach

Local and traveling elevator candidates

We reach construction candidates in local markets, including professionals willing to travel 100%. Nationwide candidates willing to travel 100% can be included for assignments requiring full-time travel, with the arrangement confirmed in advance.

Relocation and travel

Relocation Placements

Over the last few years we've filled more and more positions with candidates willing to relocate on their own, or with minimal initial relocation help from the client. We always fill with local candidates when possible. But relocation placements are a specialty of ours, and we know how to make them work for clients who are committed to filling the position.

Placement protection

On standard (non-reduced) fee agreements, every placement comes with a 3-month free candidate replacement guarantee. From months 4 to 12, we'll still replace the candidate at half off. That's a full year of coverage. We've never needed to use the extended guarantee.

Extended coverage applies to eligible placements billed and paid at the full standard fee under the signed client recruiting agreement.

If the hire separates during months four through twelve, the client receives one replacement at half the standard professional fee. Applies only to original placements billed and paid at the full standard fee.
